This week’s guests on The Radio8Ball Show were both invited into our midst by guests who performed on our show earlier in the season. We found out about singer-songwriter Eleanor Murray from Colleen Johnson aka Twig Palace (from the March 21st episode with Seth Green) and if you like Twig Palace as much as we do then you will also surely fall under the sway of Ms. Murray whose charming songs and intimately expressive voice will surely provide a generous foundation for The Pop Oracle to work with. C. Thomas Howell is well known to us as the star of classic 80’s films like Red Dawn and Soul Man, although we will always remember him best as Pony Boy in Francis Ford Coppola’s interpretation of SE Hinton’s novel The Outsiders. Rae Dawn Chong, with whom Howell shares a long and loving relationship (they were married) was so moved by her last experience on the show, particularly the video that Jake Kotze created to introduce her, that she insisted that Howell be a guest. For our part at least, very little convincing was needed. We are honored to welcome Mr. Howell to The Radio8Ball Show.
