From ANDRAS JONES: When someone new joins the Radio8Ball team we like to give them the full experience and in this segment of the show we meet BRANIKA LASHON, a very recent arrival to Los Angeles from her home in Virginia. Hollywood cliches of the wide-eyed ingenue spring to mind and are difficult to ignore as she talks of her “grammy”, her boyfriend back home, and her concerns about the “morals and values” of her new community. We can only hope this experiment in the sacred profanity of music and synchronicity with THE ESSEX GREEN offered “Bernie” some insight into her transition and puts a smile on the faces of those back home.
