From ANDRAS JONES: Today we are joined by MIRANDA ZEIGER‘s light fingered keyboard accompanist, someone who would prefer not to be named, hence the moniker MATTHEW MYSTERY. His question about whether he has to “read the news” is sadly appropriate. The day this is being released is one of the worst news days in American history with the announcement that Supreme Court Justice Kennedy is retiring potentially giving us a Trump majority supreme court for the rest of many of our lives (shortened as they may be by this turn of events). The weird thing about this Pop Oracle session is that Matthew only asked not to be named in conjunction with these posts after appearing on the show, putting us in the awkward position of trying to close the proverbial barn doors after the horses are running wild. While we respect his request, one is left to wonder why. It’s possible that, since appearing on the show, Matthew has entered the witness protection program, or maybe he knows something we don’t about the current administration’s attitude toward synchronicity, especially on a show hosted by a loud mouthed socialist Jew featuring guests with names like Niedermeyer and Zeiger. There really is no way to know. All we can say is, whatever you do, don’t go looking for Matthew. He does not wish to be found. Give the man some peace for cryin’ out loud.
