From Cooper Walker: “What a blast having Hollywood Steve on the show, he’s been a personal hero of mine since becoming hip to Yacht Rock. He asked a pretty serious question and we played a pretty simple song, but sometimes those are the best answers to get… I know I don’t want to boil in my own skin here on the only home we know of in this vast cosmos we find ourselves in, but I admit how scary our prospects here have become. On the lighter side, the song “Stoned”, another from this last batch of songs, is meant to be a carefree testament to feeling good and getting lost because sometimes that’s the only way to find yourself.”
