From ANDRAS JONES: DAN KALISHER does double duty on the show as WILLIE WISELY‘s sideman on the pedal steel and, in this segment, asking a question to The Pop Oracle. Dan and I both discovered Willie’s music on his John Fields produced records “She” & “Turbosherbet”. And we both discovered them at college radio stations; me in the 90’s when they came out; Dan in the mid ’00’s when his college radio station was liquidating their CD’s to go digital. There is an 9nteresting dynamic to be explored here, and we explore the heck out of it.
