From ANDRAS JONES: From TOBIAS the OWL to GREAT WILLOW. Is this The Radio8Ball Show or a foray into children’s literature? Perhaps both? It all seem perfectly fitting for our vernal equinox episode with James Combs and Erin Shawn Hawkins in their return to Radio8Ball. We had them as guests on Alternative Talk 1150AM in Seattle back on April 11th of 2008. If you’re unfamiliar with Great Willow then you are in for a treat. The harmonies these two generate have a mystical quality, like the ineffable songs of the trees that might be written of in a book about a Great Willow and a wise old owl named Tobias.
